We are making some changes to how appointments are made

The main changes include ;

ALL APPOINTMENTS MADE ONLINE WILL BE CONFIRMED BY US PRIOR TO APPT TIME

we may change your appointment by 15 minutes, later or earlier in order to allow for safer distancing measures.

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO WALK INS

All treatments will be pre booked either by phone or via the booking app

This allows us to reduce numbers in the salon to safe levels.

No children or friends allowed to accompany you to an appointment. You must come alone

HAND WASHING AT THE FRONT DOOR

We have installed a sink at reception, you must wash your hands as soon as you enter Dolls House. We withhold the right to refuse entry to anyone who doesnt comply with our procedures.

COLLECTION OF TROPIC OR JEWELLERY

We will notify you of when items can be collected, please do not call in for items unless you have been given confirmation that they are ready!
